NLP Trainer Criteria (Accomplished professional Level – APL)

  • Duration of Training: Minimum of 200+ hours of advanced training through Practitioner and Master Practitioner Level, and NLP Trainer Level.
  • Completion of Modelling project with minimum of 3 exemplars (Person whom you are going to model for a particular skill or behavior).
  • A minimum of 20 hours of direct trainer supervision with an NLP Master Trainer to design training sessions, and co-facilitate. This has to be demonstrated during NLP Practitioner or NLP Master Practitioner level.
  • Submission of feedback of training programs conducted post the NLP Trainer’s Training.

Satisfactory demonstration of the following behavioralcompetencies is required:

  • Demonstrate competence in Practitioner and Master Practitioner level skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate NLP techniques without any error.
  • Demonstrate participant rapport and engagement skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to facilitate NLP using NLP (Totally experiencial)
  • Ability to show advanced facilitating skills like Nested loops, metaphors, nested techniques.
  • Ability to use frames, and demonstrate framing to manage the training content, time, and other pre-frames, post-frames and other frames.
  • Demonstrate ability to treat participants with respect while keeping in mind the NLP Pre-suppositions.
  • Ability to be fully present to take the real time feedback, and adapt to bring in a different style depending on how the training program is going.

 

Master Trainer Criteria (Expert Professional Level – EPL):

Traditional Route: Where someone has been trained by Richard Bandler, John Grinder, Robert Dilts, Christina Hall, Leslie Bandler, Judith Delozier, David Gordan, and other co-developers of NLP, and have been elevated to NLP Master Trainer level directly by them. If you are already a Master Trainer with any other body, please let us know, and we will add you in our list of NLP Master Trainers.

Other ways to become an NLP Master Trainer (Experience Route):-

Someone who has been in the field of NLP for 10+ years, and has attended Trainers Training with Co-developers, co-founders, other top NLP trainers, and has documented proof to validate that they have facilitated 50+ NLP Practitioner programs, and 10+ Master Practitioner programs as an NLP Trainer in good standing, plus demonstrate that they have training skills to satisfy the NLP Master Trainer criteria by sharing a video presentation (one hour) to gauge their Training skills.

NLP Master Trainer Behavioral competencies:

  • The candidate should be able to demonstrate facilitating any NLP topic with ease, with grace, and by being able to manage his/her state, without any notes or handouts.
  • Able to demonstrate superior rapport, and engagement skills.
  • Able to demonstrate voice variation during the training session.
  • The candidate should be able manage his/her state while presenting.
  • Stay congruent at all times during the training sessions.
  • Able to handle participants respectfully.
