Venkatesh Balan is a dynamic leader, NLP trainer, and business strategist with a proven track record in corporate leadership, business development, and social impact. As the COO of NLP Coaching Academy, he plays a key role in designing and delivering transformational NLP-based training programs, empowering individuals and organizations to maximize their potential.
With over two decades of diverse professional experience, Venkatesh has excelled in leadership roles across various industries. Prior to NLP Coaching Academy, he served as Business Head at SDIPA India’s Leading performing Arts Company for seven years, driving business growth and operational excellence. He also worked as a Business Consultant for Monel Lifespace, a real estate company, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding their business over five years.
Beyond corporate leadership, Venkatesh is deeply committed to social impact. In 2013, he founded the United Social Development Foundation (USDF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged communities, women’s empowerment, especially in safety and economic independence, and rehabilitation projects for children in collaboration with government agencies.
Venkatesh has conducted numerous workshops, leadership programs, and corporate training sessions across India, equipping professionals with NLP-based tools to navigate challenges, drive success, and create meaningful change.
